We are all aware that we need to eat healthy and exercise more, and frankly most of us are doing just that. Even so, many of us are not really feeling the way we fantasize to feel. While working with people we get the feedback that many are sluggish, overweight, weak, lethargic, ill, foggy, depressed, anxious and too stressed to sleep well, or enough. 

What we know is that it's not enough to just eat well and exercise more. If you want to feel good, really good- you need to up your game.

What do we mean by upping your game?

We mean that you need to personalize your regime (your nutrition, your sleep, your supplement protocol, your exercise routine) AND you need to work on both the mental and physical sides of your health, you need to tap into your head and heart to reconnect with yourself again.

On this retreat, Functional Medicine Nutritionist, Karin G Reiter will be having a 1:1 personal and private session with you where she will be reviewing your latest blood work, your current health and symptoms, your goals and dreams and she will be giving you a personalized protocol to implement.
