Meat eaters, Vegan and Vegetarians too, the program is gluten free and dairy free
The program is an online program that uses a whats app support group, email and zoom calls to share information
The program is suitable for those who are advanced on their wellness jounrey, those who wish to fine tune and tweak their wellness routine AND those who are just starting off their wellness journey. Karin's Mantra is "progress not perfection" and everyone is welcome.
This is a program where you reset your education about what to eat, your habits around food, your sleep, your GUT health, hormonal health and your emotional relationship with food and ultimatly your body.
The program Covers:
Nutrition Education- Making sense of what is the best diet and food habbits for WEIGHT LOSS. The plan includes a 3 week menu plan with recipes, shopping lists and a clear action plan for the next 21 days
Education about hormones, specifically Insulin and learning how to balance blood sugar levels. We also speak about stress hormones and their place in our metablolisim
Education about the role of the GUT and our microbiome in our metabolisim. Karin is passionate about GUT health and loves teaching people about foods that support gut health and how to incorporate them into your diet.
Focus on inflammation and understanding its role in metabolisim. The plan is an anti-inflammitory plan based on research
The plan encorporates knowledge on: fitness, sleep, skin health, stress relief and energy
Karin will personally go over your blood tests and give you a suggested personalized supplement protocol to suppoort your goals and needs
Forget about rabbit food and calorie counting- on this plan you will be nourished with delicious real , wholesome food.

What does the program include?
1. Action plan for 21 days (specific instructions of what do to eat better, sleep better, blance your blood sugar levels and take your health to the next level)
2. Specific menu plan with recipes to support for the 3 weeks (21 days) there is also a vegan and vegetarian option as well as a regular meat/fish/chicken option

A whats app group will be opened a few days before the program starts and any question, request and idea you have can be shared in the group. Accountability and support- there will be lots of that going on.
Each day Karin will be posting nuggets of information to help you on your journey of changing your habits (from reading labels in the supermarket to the best sleep support aids and specific exercises to help balance your hormones).
There are 3 zooms sessions (once a week over the 3 weeks) which are recorded. In these zoom sessions Karin will do a deep dive into further nutriton and habbit forming information.
