Green Smoothie Alert

Recipe:

  • 3/4 cup fresh coconut water or plain filtered water
  • 1 cup spinach leaves (washed and DE-stemed)
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves (washed and chopped rough)
  • 1 apple or pear chopped into cubes
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp of Chia seeds or pre soaked (over night flax seeds)
  • a squeeze of lemon juice

*Optional to add alfafa sprouts and celery

*Optional to add ice

Blend all together & enjoy!
